After this I'm just hoping the game gets released in 2010, period. With the end of the world coming in 2012, we won't have much time to play starcraft 2 :-)

they probably want to beta test b.net as well. not just that who knows till b net is ready. Also, try to be a little bit more tolerant of other peoples beliefs. Regardless of whether you think it's stupid or not. |

Saw that bit of new coming but chances are we'll get through it.... somehow, and for Random marauder yeah I actually have to agree with that little statement five of my not so bright classmates dropped out since they saw no point in studying since the world will supposedly end in 2012 but tolerance and patience are virtues.

Gears i have a questions for you! An online gaming service like B.net 2.0, with all it's social networking services and the such. Would that need to be beta tested through the public? Or is it possible to screen these things through closed betas? |

Wow, people are STILL complaining about Blizzard delaying beta release? Well, consider this a lesson learned, folks: having your hopes high for an early release from Blizz will just lead to disappointment. As I said previously, there isn't much we can do to to make this game "done" faster.
Besides, I think the main issue for this delay is the unfinished B.Net 2.0, not that the game is taking so long in getting balanced or polishing up. Although, like Marauder said, As curious as I am about why releasing beta for more feed back sooner does not seem to be a viable option for Blizzard, they already stated that they want to finish up B.Net 2.0 first before releasing beta. It does sound like bullshit, but in the end, Blizzard's got complete control over this project till they feel It's ready to hit the shelves. Thank goodness I got plenty of things to keep me busy.
