*squeals like a little girl* OhEmGee! That thing is REAL?!?! Now I really can't wait for Starcraft 2!!!

That thing looks beastly and dangerous. I think those marines need siege support to face such a scary, heart stopping menace like the Brutalisk

one thing i have noticed, the blood!
the blood looks so awesome! it looks like actual blood splatter!

Wouldn't that be a statue or something? We can't know if it was static or actually moving 'cause what we only got here is an image, not a video. Hard to say.

In addition, seems like there were two pieces of blue minerals and one green Vespene gas in that area. It's not very necessary, is it? Or maybe just kinda a decor?

It would be nice if they actually got on to the beta sooner than focusing on updating the side material. I honestly appreciate the creative quality here, but to be frank, I'd rather Blizzard work on making the game come out sooner than make examples of what the users can make and let the users make stuff sooner.

personally i think Blizzard ran out of ideas for the zerg's epic unit and then ex[erimented with drone lurke, queen and ultralisk
i say this mainly because the lower body basically looks like lurker's leg in the spine crawler (defensive structure) basic layout (the centipede body practically screams larvae was an idea) the hea looks completely like that of the ultralisk (especially the horns) the sides looks like the drones falappy thingy and then blizzard super sized it
now i personally say is juz alot of zergs stiched up together(lik Frankenstein) and super sized to epic proportions
btw if that can burrow then i thought of the situation: marines scouting zerg territory brutalisk un burrow. marines pees in pants and get killed, then seige tank comes see dead bodies wonder wat happen brutalisk unburrows seig tank get destroyed, thor comes see the devastation and then brutalisk unburrows towering the thor 3 times thor ready to fire but got smashed by brutalisk body slam
btw anybody know if brutalisk will crawl or will it walk lik the picture (ockward) if it crawls it'll atleast look more zerg like than a big tree of mutated zergs

This is most likely a unit appearing only in the single-player campaign.

it has been confirmed that this unit will only be in the campaign. gear and stebo have said it, and they played the game. plus we would have heard about it if it was in the multiplayer.

Although, this would be pretty cool to have rampaging about in multiplayer. :)

Ahh play Assassin's Creed 2 or Modern Warfare 2 in the mean time. I felt this way too, but its for the better. Just pray to god that you get beta. If you don't believe in god, go buy a Apple MAC computer and pray that because your computer is different from all the PCs in the word that you might get beta. Thats what i did.
