Ehh? Css or Cascading spread sheets are used to define how the web page will look. It has nothing to do with the job that Gears was hired to do. He is a web developer/scriptor.

And Css is explained in various manuals and resources can be even be found on the web. You can explore how it work exactly with a WYSIWYG program like Dreamweaver. That is a nifty program for arranging the design of the web page. In there you can see how the Css files give the web page form. =p

Yeah, but he made this site. Although, I don't know if he did only the scripting part here also.
