Shredder, what you said about the origins of the Brutalisk reminded me of this pic from a while back. At the time i was confused if it was an Archon/Ultralisk hybrid. but it does bear at least some resemblence to the Brutalisk.

I think that's one of the optional tasks in WoL. Once the Brutalisks are killed, Jim's force could get the weapon upgrades or something.

The thing in the pic in question is a zerg queen... GJ.

i just realised the brutalisk from behind resembles the pokemon GLIGAR and GLISCOR

True - lorewise It may be Epic Xel'Naga derived creature/mostrosity - IDK about it's Lore or origins, but the art origins are holded in this concept IMO.. Only better this time.. :)

I think the Zerg sac could be from the orbital reinforcements that we saw in Evacuation of Agria.

It probably is just rearing up and moves with its whole body on the ground. but the small centipede bit should be larger, keeping the size of the rest the same. I like it. I wonder if we ever get to play it! "Darn, were'd my Dark archons go!!!" -Zeratul "Holy SH" -terran marine "BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA" -kerrigan. THAT IS like a ultralord only more OP. It should be epic to go with its name and uniqness. At least 2000 hp and should be able to one hip some tier 2 units. Also should not be defensless against air.

wow, this is possibly the unit which makes gravity seem useless. its massive body must be 300 times bigger then those centipede like legs. this is a really bizzare unit.

Oh actually, I found information about them at Starcraft Wikia.

Basically, they are mutated Infested Terrans with thorny carapace and pincers for lower body.

thats awesome, i suspect something like the back of the brutalisk mixed with the marrine and infested marrine. i would think the upper body is mosltly terran since the lower is zerg..
