i think he's refering to the fact that when people do harasses on a protoss they rarely go for pylons as opposed to when they harrass zerg and kill all there overlords.

I have no idea where this thread went? Um going for workers vs pylons depends on the timing of your drop and the goal of your drop.

If the timing of your drop is when your protoss oppoents army is across the map go for the buildings. If your oppoents troops are close go for workers or a very important tech building.

If the goal of your drop is to kill workers (Storm drop/Reaver drop) go for the workers. If your goal is to kill buildings (12cracklings 1defiler) Go for the buildings.

If your goal is to kill both Workers AND buildings chances are your probably going to do neither.

And i feel like im cminus while not being Cminus i cant really hold it. And im finding myself being killed by noobies even though i can hold off B player cheese and C level PvP.

As day9 my guru has said. If you beat better players than you chances are your probably not very good. But if you beat players below your "skill" level concistently chances are your pretty good.

So i guess im garbage?

A few reasons could be because they are noobs, or they dont know all the counters and all they know is mutas, maybe they thought they were to far behind in money and you had anti air and all he had was aa. But seeing how it has happened so many times IT could also be a jerk quitting just for fun or something

Lol I'm happy either way, just so long as I'm not still sitting down there in the 70 apm D- ranks where I used to be, Now My apm is an average 110-120 and I could care less if it was higher. But the last thing I want is to go back down again after all those 1 game per week matches I had built me up so far.

And sorry, I will admit I am unloading my opinions in an endless tidal wave. I just feel like we should all know where everybody stands in spots, we don't want someone to agree with another just because he wants to avoid an argument.

LOL,I hate the same thing.But,like you said, I do believe Zerg players are scared. They know that Corsairs can blow mutas,and Overlords. Most of those players dont have enough time or anrt expecting to be hit by corsairs,so they dont build hydra/spore.

The big fear is that all his supplys will be gone;he cant build anything and overlords take so long to build.And as he is sturrgeling,he is beaten by the other player that invades his base.

I don't think that we'll see overlord harassment as often in Starcraft 2 but I dunno it's just an idea that I have :P.. I think there will still be some strategies viable for this but I don't think it'll be the standard anymore in Starcraft 2..

I don't think that we'll see overlord harassment as often in Starcraft 2 but I dunno it's just an idea that I have :P.. I think there will still be some strategies viable for this but I don't think it'll be the standard anymore in Starcraft 2..

I'm a zerg player and I can attest to hating corsairs with a passion.

Lose an Ovie and you lose 100 minerals.
Lose enough Ovies and you have to make more... where's the option to make hydralisks/scourges/mutas to counter corsairs? You don't get a chance to!

I remember one game the guy just made like 30 corsairs and kept repeatedly raiding my ovies... I had hydralisks, I had scourges, I had spore colonies, but he just kept sending in corsairs and attacking my ovies.... -_- It was a large map and I had expanded so I had the resources, he kept me in my base for a long time due to his corsairs but eventually I pushed with hydralisks and took out one of his expands... he resigned due to boredom.

Corsairs = gay shit that needs a nerf.

I feel so rejected in this thread. TT
