It is very simple. You the fans of Starcraft 2 come up with ideas that Blizzard and the Starcraft 2 team should change, remove, add, etc but your idea must follow the guidelines below:

- Must be an addon/change to something existent in Starcraft 2
- Must be a way to redo a current unit/building in-game
- Must NOT be a new unit/building
- Must be logical within the game engine

- Write about your idea in a third-person view, not your own view
- List pros and cons for your idea
- Write a lot of information

Example of good Collection idea

You submit your idea in the suggestions forum, if the idea is worthy, it will then be posted in the Collections. Once in the Collections, all users (registered and logged in) can vote either yes or no on the subject. You can also leave comments and discuss the Collection in the thread itself.
