Rotating view of camera position and buildings?

Yes, I second that though. It's very useful for when your units come out. They have to implement that, especially since it's Havok engine we're talking about.

This has to be a definite addition to Starcraft 2 as it will increase the freedom and movability in the game.

1) Camera view control.
Turning around the camera view by pressing the arrow keys and the battlefield view would turn in that direction rotating around a center point.
2) Turning buildings.
When you want to place a structure, hold down the mouse button and draw the "frontface" of the structure into a random direction.
Frontview of a building can be defined as initial view of structure downwards, or the default view.
